We needed someone to come check our gas fireplace before the storm and they made time for us and let me know prices before even setting up the appointment. They were so nice and didnt mind my kid looking over their shoulders the whole time either. I felt they were very trustworthy too because they talked about cleaning but then ultimately said it doesn't need it right now and should be good for the storm. The switch wasn't working so they were going to get parts for a new one but then were able to fix it. All in all a great company!
